a. For natural gas and mash gas etc, which are a bit lighter than air, gas detector should be installed under ceiling 0.3m to 1.2meters and within the rang of 1.5m semidiameter from gas sources.
b. For liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), which is a bit heavier than air and sink down to a lower level, the gas detector should be installed above 0.3—1.2meters from floor and within the range of 1.5m semidiameter from gas sources.
