So easy to install the IP camera:

1. Download and install App: IPCView or wanscam, Search in Google Play store, App store, or scan QR code to download.

2. Launch App, click “+” to access the “Add Camera”, click “Wireless Installation”, Input your WiFi password, click “Apply”.

3. Wait for 1-2mins, then select the respective device and enter the password: admin, click done to connect WiFi,

the video will be showed online, click it to view. Click to get camera settings.

Important tips:

(a) WiFi name (SSID) and Password should not contain any special character, like: ~, !, @, #, $, %… password is not longer than 20 characters.

(b) It support IP/Network-2.4GHz wireless only(Incompatible with 5GHz). If your router supports the both band, please close the 5GHz WiFi connection. Set WPA2-PSK(AES)/ WPA-PSK(AES) as Encryption.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
