For Accessories, we support Free AliExpress Standard Shipping to most of countries.
Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, Brokerage Fees, Duty, or Custom Fees and Taxes. To protect your interests, your payment will be temporarily held by Aliexpress, and will be released until you receive your order and are satisfied with it .
It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country’s custom policies.
If the items are detained by customs after the shipment has been left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.

Warranty & Return Policy

Our store warrants this product and parts against defects in material for a period of (1) one year from the date of original purchase. Warranty does not cover service or replacements made necessary by any external cause including without limitation, rust, corrosion, lightning, fire, theft, acts of nature, negligence, misuse, abuse, alteration, installation, delivery, unauthorized repairs, power failure or shortage. During this period, we will repair or replace a defective product or part with a new or refurbished item. The user is responsible for all transportation and insurance charges for the product to the our facility.
Return Policy
Products may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned merchandise must be unused, in original packaging and include all accessories. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DVR and Cameras may be returned for repair up to 1 year from the purchase date. Repairs will be processed through the manufacturer, we will assist in the repair procedure in any way we can to expedite the process.
Prior to any return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by contacting the seller. Any products returned to us without an RMA will be sent back to the buyer at his/her expense. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any merchandise.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
