End trimmer for flush cutting of of PVC, melamine, Polyester and veneer tapes and strips of up to 3 mm thick and 55 mm wide. It provides a clean and exact cut, avoiding damage to strips and panels. The 2 blades guillotine system allows cutting the tape with less effort and obtaining a clean cut.

The cutting angle can be regulated in a way of getting up to 60 degrees angle of cut.

We stand behind the products we sell.If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product less S&H within 30 Days of your purchase. All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 15-25 days for returns and exchange to be process.

As a result of lighting and camera variations, product images will not reflect the exact physical color of our products.
All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.
We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost or stolen item(s) or the returned item from customers.
In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved by our Customer Service Department.
Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there is no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 30% restocking fee for the price of the item.
Once the RMA is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is return after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 30% restocking fee.
All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
Most of our item(s) are plug and play, however PROFESSIONAL installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LionnoirBoutique (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
