Electric Knife Sharpener

No. 1 and 2 are coarse grinder grooves, suitable for blunt knives. No. 1 is used on the right side of the knife, and No. 2 is used on the left side of the knife.

No. 3 and 4 are fine grinding grinder grooves, suitable for the maintenance of daily cutters and cutting tools after rough grinding. No. 3 is used on the right side of the knife, and No. 4 is used on the left side of the knife.

The way of sharpening is to place a sharpening slot from the place close to the hilt, pull it back at 3 centimeters per second, repeat several times, and remember not to drag back and forth in the grinder slot.

Grinding scissors are the same operation, the direction of the sharpening is from the handle to the tip of the knife, repeated several times, and can not be dragged back and forth.

Note: the cutting tool is very sharp after the grinding, please do not contact the blade and finger with the body so as not to cause harm. Remember to put it on the tool holder after the knife is used.

Coarse Grinding: Suite for the very dull blade.

1.Put the knife in the No. 1 port to sharp the right edge of the blade,make ensure that the sharp direction is from the position close to the handle to the tip of blade(cannot be dragged back and forth)

2.Put the knife in the No. 2 port to sharp the left edge of the blade.

3.Reapet avove process in No.1 and No.2 until the blade become sharp.It is better to sharp the balde with speed of 3-4cm/s.

Fine Grinding: Suite for daily maintenance of the blade after coarse grinding.

1.Put the knife in the No.3 and No.4 port to sharp the left/right edge of the blade,the operation is same with above coarse grinding process.

2.Reapeat above process until the blade become smooth and sharp.

Dust storange box

1. There are 2 dust boxes, the debris after sharpening can be taken out through the storage box.

2. Please clean up this storage box after each time of sharpening.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
