If you use 2/4-button outdoor station, indoor monitors support video dialogue among each room number,For example 101 call 201,101 call 301,201 call 301,and if indoor monitor has a camera,Each room can see each other’s video images.;

If you use one-button outdoor station,and you have more than one indoor monitor,Master indoor monitor and Slave indoor monitor can’t support video dialogue between them,becuse there is only one room number.

The indoor monitor can take a sub video stream from HIKVISION camera,without time limit!（The base version does not have this feature.）

DS-KH8301-WT/DS-KH8501-WT can insert TF memory card, support video recode and playback video;

The indoor monitor has the function of Alarm input and Alarm output,and it can connect to Infrared alarm detectors, smoke detectors, gas detectors, magnetometer sensor,and it can connect to Acousto-optic alarm;

When the indoor monitor alarms,it can push information to your phone.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
