Q1. Where is your company and factory?

–Our compay address is Room 508-510, Chuangli Building, No.666, 5th Gaoxin Rd, Nanchang city, Jiangxi province, China. The factory is about 800M far from our company.

Q2. How many workers in your company and factory?

–There is a professional sales team consist of five sales person in our company and about 70 front-line workers and 10 management team in the factory.

Q3. What’s your delivery tim&fee?

–Delivery time is about 3-7 working days, freight fee base on the express company and your address.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
