Teflon high temperature resistance welding fabric, scientific name is Polytetrafluoroethylene coated glass fiber cloth, and also called Teflon high temperature resistance varnished cloth, used suspension Polytetrafluoroethylene(commonly known as king of plastic) emulsion as raw material, dipping into high-performance glass fiber cloth.
It is one kind of new products with high –performance,multipurpose composite material.
For its excellent various performance, it is widely used in aviation,papermaking,foodstuff,environmental protection,dyeing,costume,chemical industry,glass,medicine,electron,insulation,construction(the base fabric of cedar-wood membrance structure),grinding wheel slice,machinery and so on.




Main features of teflon high temperature resistance welding fabric:
1. Can be used between low temperature -196 Celsius degree up to high temperature 350 Celsius degree,weatherability and anti-aging.From practical application,if place it for 200days under 250 Celsius degree high temperature,not only the strength will not reduce,but also the weight will not reduce;if place it for 120 hours under 350 Celsius degree high temperature, the weight will reduce 0.6% only;and it will not get cracked and keeps its original flexibility.
2. Non-adhesivity.Not easy to adhere to any material,easy for cleaning of the surface oil stain,stain and other attachment;paste,resin and paint can be cleared away easily.
3. Chemical corrosion-resistant,anti-strong acid,strong alkili,aqua regia and various kinds of organic solvent corrosion.
4. Low friction coefficient(0.05-0.10),can be the best choice of oil free and self lubricant.
5.High insulating property(low dielectric constant:2.6,tangent is below 0.0025),UV resistant and anti-static.
6. Good in dimensional stability (lengthening coefficient is less than 5 per 1000),high strength,good mechanical property.
