Answer: I purchased the toddler. Which states 6-24 months. It is really adjustable. It was a comfort knowing that my child was secured to my seat belt and not just sitting on my lap and vulnerable to turbulence.

Question: What are the material and straps like? I bought a generic one on Amazon and the straps and Velcro seemed stiff and uncomfortable for a baby.
