1. We have installed halogen bulbs in the high beam, and there is have bulb in its low beam.
You should install the low beam bulbs yoursleves. Or if you need the bulbs from us please contact me before order.
2. Bulbs type for your reference :
Low beam H7/ D2H; high beam :H1
3.All these carlight have the same connections and wires with original car.
4. Right hand drive (steering wheel on the Right side of the car & Drive on the Left side of the road);
Left hand drive (steering wheel on Left side of the car & Drive on the Right side of the road);
These head lamps are designed for Chinese Version cars (Left hand drive).
While the positions and the lines for RHD & LHD installation are same. The only difference is the light pattern.If the buyers are strictly on the light pattern, please think over it.
Or we can modify the light pattern to fit for the Right Hand Drive here in China.
However,we need charge an extra fee for it.If you need the RHD version from us,please send message to us before order;Or you can modify that in your own local professional market.
5.The head lamps have the same connections and wires with the original cars. It is play and plug. However,some of cars are sensitive,we recommend buyer to install these headlights by professional installer.
6. LEDs will stay cool situation and longer life span with NONE color fading.
7. The head lamps have the projector lens and the light will be well focused. And they can provide much more energy saving driving condition.

8. We wrap up this light with bubble in one carton.There is a pair headlight (Left &Right) in a carton.All-New lights.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
