We maybe replace other express when we shipped the item to you, but we absolutely chose the same time sensitively express for you, such as if you placed the order with DHL 3-8 days for delivery as declared, we maybe use Fedex to ship it for you, item will still be delivered in 3-8 days, we do it like this because the freight is vary in some country , our listed price is just median and our product is little heavy. If you knew there may be some problem if we changed express please leave us a message when place order, then we will ship the item to you by the express you choose.

2. To avoid high customs duties the buyer need to pay we will declare product as low value, if you need us to declare a defined value please leave us a message when place the order.

3. We will ship the item to Russia by Russia Green which is recommanded by Aliexpress, about 35 days for delivery.

4. If your destination belong to remote area maybe need you to pay remote area deliver fee, we will leave you a message if we confirmed you need to pay it, or we can’t ship it to you.

If you placed the order that means you have agreed with our shipping policy, there should be no any reason to ask refund if any customs duties need to pay, although we have declared low price on invoice but sometimes still need customer to pay customs duties, this is depended on your country customs.
