l MC403 multifunctional switch box supports 4 in 3 out, which allows maximum 3 AUX in and 1 Bluetooth in, as well as 3 out to various devices. For example, while connecting WII, iPod, DVD with the input of MC403 and connecting tube amplifier, digital amplifier, recorder with the output of MC403, it will be easier to switch among different players and amplifiers.

l MC403 can also be used as a Bluetooth stereo audio receiver. It supports Bluetooth 4.0 with external Bluetooth antenna, which can ensure Hi-Fi audio transmission and strong signal receiving. Please note it needs to be connected with 5V power supply (computer USB or phone chargers would be OK) to active its Bluetooth function. When connected with power supply, the indicator on the front panel will light to show its working condition.

l The two 3.5mm interfaces on the front panel are input and output separately. With this design, it is easier to connect iPod / computer with this 3.5mm input instead of the RCA on the back. Meanwhile, the 3.5mm output is designed for headphones that you may need to avoid disturbing others. Please note the input source should have enough power to drive headphones.

l MC403 is designed with “one key to mute” function, which provide much convenience for special conditions.

How to use Bluetooth:

1. Turn your cellphone bluetooth function ON

4. Tips: Bluetooth receiver output power:20mW, so, it’s can be direct work with 12~120 ohm headphone, just make sure turn your cellphone volume to higher

How to install the bluetooth antenna

1. Hold the antenna BLACK part and do not move it.as the picture.

2. Then tighten the antenna screw to the antenna socket, until the antenna fixed on the socket

3. Notice:do not try to Rotate antenna to tighten the screw!

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
