The Fiber Red Dot Sight 1×28 is only mounted on the sight of the weapon. The possibility of using a collimator on a particular weapon tag depends on four conditions:

1. The aiming rod on the weapon must have a ventilation slot.
2. The width of the aiming rod at the sight mounting position may be in the range of 5.5 to 10 mm.
3. At the same time, in the range of 0 to 8 mm. (B) and 65 to 73 mm. (A), ventilation slots must be provided for the sight of the sight. Use a ruler for testing. For example, the aiming bar in the figure below corresponds to the required condition.
4. The clamping band has a thickness of 2 mm, so the height of the ventilation groove (C) is not less than 2 mm.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
