Warranty

Warranty is available based on the following points:

1. The integrated circuits are guaranteed for 45 days.
2. We accept items exchange on condition that
– Quantity not sufficient or Items not matched.

– Used components or quality defect.

Warranty Does Not Include:

1. Technical support on product usability.
2. Advice about product’s configuration.
3. Software or firmware update as it would void warranty.
4. Beyond 45 days after the goods sent out.
5. Broken because of shipping.
6. Natural disasters, man-made damage, non-professional demolition, maintenance errors.

Return Policy

1. All non-defective parts are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee, determined at the discretion of IC Parts Depot.

2. Based on the item being returned, all returned products must be 100% complete.

3. Defective items must be returned to IC Parts Depot within ten (10) business days of receipt of the product.

4. Customer is responsible for freight costs associated with returned products.

5. Customers shall insure all return products against loss or damage while the product in question is in transit.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
