Upon returning home to Wuhan City, Province, Our Team ran a classified ad on the taobao and alibaba reading: “5000 fishing hooks for $80.” It generated one response. Undaunted, We formulated a new plan, rewriting the ad to read “FREE Introductory offer! 500 barbed fishing hooks….$5 Postage….Handling” and placing it in national outdoor magazines and internet. It didn’t take long for the orders to begin arriving from sportsmen and women around the world….

1.If the item is defective when it arrive your country,you have 7 days from the date of receipt to exchange for a new one or get compensation,but we just pay one-way shipping freight from China to your country.Before ship it back,please let us know at first.Also please offer valid proof of the quality problem.

2.If you really don’t like the product once you receive it,you can send it back to us with full original packing,and we just refund you the cost of the item(please note:not including the freight ).You have 3 days from the date of receipt to return it.

3.In the first year after you purchase,we can help you to repair freely,but you need to pay parts of ex-changing for example for the costs of fishing rod etc,and you need to pay two-way shipping freight.

4.The warranty is not available once the items are damaged by improper use.

5.Please check the parcel carefully when you receive it,if you find the parcel is damaged or device is broken,please refuse to sign the parcel and contact us immediately.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
