*Keyboard- NVR Does not Support USB Keyboard, Please do not try to plug in USB Keyboard to NVR’s USB Port in case it will damage NVR hardware. NVR has virtual Keyboard on Monitor.

*Network Recording– This device does not support NAS Recording. It can only support IP SAN to manage 200CH or 500CH cameras max from local Network.

*Onvif– Please make sure the IP camera you are using has Onvif protocol unless it will not work with this NVR. (Motion Detection Function may not work if you are using IP Camera of other brand)

*1080P Input- NVR Support 8 Pieces Full HD 1080P(960P, 720P) IP Cameras with Onvif Protocol. If your Camera is 3MP Resolution, Please lower the Camera resolution to 2MP First.

*Main Stream and Sub Stream- NVR Display Camera’s Main Stream in Single Channel View Mode, and Display Camera’s Sub Stream in Multiple Channel View Mode. Please Make Sure Your Cameras Have Main Stream and Sub Stream before Applying this NVR, as Some Cameras Have Main Stream Only which Means this type of Camera Image Can not be Displayed when NVR is in Multiple Channel Display Mode.

*USB Flash Drive– USB Flash Drive can only be used for Data Backup from HDD or for Firmware Update, NVR Does not Support Flash Drive Recording.

*HDD and Recording- NVR Supports Most Newly Developed 2.5 inch USB Powered USB SATA HDD. Very Old type USB HDD may not work. Please be noted that NVR is Using Unique Streaming Video Recording Technology to Protect Your HDD from Damage of Continous Writing. NVR will Format your HDD when You First Plug HDD into NVR USB Port, and file in HDD will not be read via PC, Please backup Video from Backup Mode and Select Video Duration to “Save as” AVI files.

*E-Sata Port– NVR Supports E-Sata HDD Recording and We Recommend to Use E-Sata HDD as It is More Stable than USB HDD. But The NVR Package Does not Include an E-Sata HDD Cable and the Power Supply for E-Sata HDD, Please Make Sure You Have them Prepared Before Using an E-Sata HDD.

*Language– Multiple Language is only available when you connect the NVR to HDMI/VGA monitor (Linux); You can only get English version if you access the NVR via IE or CMS.
